Jordan Sekulow Has New Blog at WaPo

Dear Ed,
For several months, the Washington Post has been posting our perspective on their website in a section called, ”On Faith.” These blog posts have been on a wide range of topics, in a blog alongside a wide range of views across the political spectrum.
I am excited to announce today that I am launching a new blog onWashington Post called Religious Right Now. This is a forum for our perspective to make it into the mainstream media – and to the broad audience it reaches – unfiltered and on topics that we know are important to you and the American people. There is currently a video posted on the blog that was filmed right in my office at ACLJ-Washington, D.C.
On my new Washington Post blog, we will be covering a lot of issues, including life and marriage, and other important issues like creating jobs and tax cuts from a social conservative perspective. In fact, I have a column up today discussing the morality of cutting taxes and allowing more of our dollars to stay with the American people and not the government.
We’re also involved internationally. So, we’ll talk about the issues of national security, terrorism, Sharia law and foreign policy as well. The fact is that members of Congress – including the social conservatives – still have a vote on many foreign policy-related issues, and their voices matter in Washington, D.C., even more so now than in the past few years.
So please follow this link over to my new blog, Religious Right Now, for the Washington Post. You’ll see a brief introduction video we did for theWashington Post readers. Please be sure to sign up and post a comment.
Thank you for being an important member of ACLJ!
Sincerely,
Jordan Sekulow
ACLJ Director of Policy and International Relations
