Thanks to U.S. taxpayers, an Islamic enclave is being carved out of the heart of the City of Brotherly Love. And how generous have you been with your tax dollars? You just gave $1.6 billion for the privilege of turning over all this cash to the Islamic community.
The person doing the carving is Kenny Gamble, the author of such hit songs as “Love Train” and “Me and Mrs. Jones.”

So far Americans have shelled out $1.6 billion in federal grants, loans, and “charitable” gifts to create an alleged “Muslims-only” community.
A convert to Islam, Gamble, now known as Luqman Abdul Haqq, is affiliated with the National Ummah Movement which seeks to establish sovereign Islamic enclaves ruled by shariah (Islamic) law within major cities throughout the U.S.A. The movement was started by Jamil al-Amin (the former H. Rap Brown), who is now serving a life sentence at a maximum security prison for killing two police officers in Atlanta.

Private businesses ban ski-masks for safety, not allowed to ban burqas

The Philadelphia Libertarian Examiner received an e-mail yesterday from someone who only wants to be referred to as “John Doe from Northeast Philly”. John Doe claimed that late last week, during a time when Philadelphia was experiencing some cold and biting winter winds, he wore a ski-mask to protect his face while walking to his local Shop Rite supermarket. Doe did not intend on wearing the ski-mask in the store but he was immediately met with security seconds before he could remove his mask while entering the shopping establishment.

“John Doe” is fine with the fact they told him to remove his ski-mask. In fact, like most sensible people, he feels that private businesses should be allowed to set their own rules as to what is appropriate to wear inside their business and what isn’t. The problem that Doe has is that a Shop Rite in Port Richmond was robbed by guys dressed up like Muslim women in burqas a few years ago. They were allowed in the store since Shop Rite didn’t want to be another victim of a Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) lawsuit. They then proceeded to not only rob the Bank of America inside the store but one of the miscreants went on to kill Philadelphia Police Officer Steven Liczbinski in cold blood. Doe feels he was a little bit more than harassed while he saw a woman in a burqa enter the store without the same type of issue being brought up to her.

Businesses in Philadelphia are allowed to ban ski-masks for safety reasons in Philadelphia but are not allowed to ban burqas because that would offend Muslims. Even though this cop killer was killed, people throughout the City who suggested that businesses be allowed to do as they please when it involves who can and can’t enter their store were met with accusations of racism from groups like CIAR and from Democrat Congressmen like Chaka Fattah, who also support cop killers like the infamous Mumia Abu-Jamal.
