Mary Holland, Editor of Vaccine Epidemic, discussing the recent Bruesewitz v. Wyeth decision in which the court ruled that when children who are injured or killed by a vaccine, their families cannot sue the vaccine makers.
Effectively, they have removed what should be an unalienable right to a day in court to the most vulnerable among us. You need to know that if you suffer a vaccine injury, you are not on your own. Your only right is to ASK the government for compensation, but the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program turns down most requests that are submitted to them.
The public needs to understand the consequences of this decision. Vaccine makers can now do what they want, even commit outright fraud, and unless the FDA takes them to task, which they rarely do, there is no limit to the abuses that they can perpetrate on the American people, especially vulnerable infants.
States may compel people to vaccinate (depending on the laws in that state) and when the worst happens, the burden will fall entirely on the victim.

Interesting to note, the XMRV retrovirus (HIV is another retrovirus) is associated with CFS. It’s too early to tell if it’s a cause or not though.
However, it appears this same retrovirus might be associated with Autism.
When they injected foreign peptides into Rhesus Macaque Monkeys, it triggered XMRV to reactivate/replicate.
So if XMRV activation is at the root of Autism, The vaccine/Autism link may actually be very real.
While I will never agree with using thimerosal as a preservative on anyone, debunking a thimerosal/Autism link does not debunk a vaccine/Autism link. If mercury isn’t a factor, you still can’t make the assumption that vaccines are perfectly safe.

Also, DNA hypomethylation is a factor in Autism as well as CFS. AIDS leads to DNA hypomethylation, and the same may be said for CFS/XMRV.
Some adults with CFS are reading Amy Yasko’s books (I’m sure many Autism parents know who she is), and following the same treatment protocols.
I believe these two diseases may eventually become linked because they actually have so much in common.
