March 11, 2010, Pioneer Courthouse Square, Portland Oregon. Socialists gather unlawfully. Security is shouted down, and a union member steps in to interfere with officers. Mob rule prevails. Participants advocate violence and assembling without the proper permits. Numerous profanities are used with children present. High School students are encouraged to walk out of class and are on the way. Signs show violent symbols (e.g., “Sacrifice the Rich,” cross hairs with bullet holes), and homophobic slurs (“Scott Walker is a Koch Fiend.”). More of the same is promised in the future.
