In a recent conference call sponsored by Immigration Works, the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce bragged about how it orchestrates the back room deals controlling Utah’s politics. (http://m.examiner.com/exSaltLakeCity/db_/contentdetail.htm?contentguid=8mubBDF9&full=true#display)

It boasted about how the Chamber made Utah the model amnesty/sanctuary state for the rest of the nation! And that’s not all…

Its “associate conductor” just described the Chamber’s Chicago-style deals, calling them an “insider politics thing that we play pretty well here in Utah” (as in every state).

A Chamber Sell-Out Performance?
The Utah Coalition on Illegal Immigration has been tracking the Chamber’s fingerprints for many years. We are well aware that its self-serving policies have been selling out our country to illegal aliens costing $453 million annually in Utah tax dollars alone.

That doesn’t include the fact that the bulk of illegal paychecks – hundreds of billions – are redistributed in the economies of their homelands, and not circulating in our U.S. economy!

Why would an organization that brands itself a friend of free enterprise and of American business owners promote the very policies that are betraying them?
