No harm, no foul. The thought of filing further litigation makes me sick. I didn’t even want to file the current lawsuit I have but RIT left me no choice and then bashed my reputation as if I am the one caused this to happen to myself, as if I’m the one who kicked myself off of scholarship and kicked myself out of the program and tried to sweep it all under the rug when the regulations ended up being on my side.
With that said, I’m happy that we figured the misunderstanding out. I am honest to God a kind person. While I can be a real bastard to deal with in court, or if I am feel an injustice has occurred, the typical day finds me picking up people’s cigarette butts to throw away, holding the door open for people and using ‘Ma’am’, ‘Sir’ and ‘Thank You’ in no short supply. When I am forced to even threaten someone with litigation, I feel sick for having no other choice. I don’t know how I will overcome this as a future lawyer, but I will cross that bridge when it comes.
As I said, no harm, no foul. I am happy to say I will not be filing any litigation against you for this situation. I’m not going to put you on the spot by asking, but I am interested to know who the person “with the agenda” was. If you would like to volunteer that information, I would appreciate it; however, I will not ask that you do so, and will not bring it up again unless you do.
Thank you for your support of our service members. Many of my friends and family are in harms way in the middle east right now, and when they come home, many more of my family and friends will be going to replace them. I was younger and more naive when I voted for Bush and bought in to this war; these days I don’t know where I stand on it. The political parties in this country are an “Obamanation”. I used to consider myself Republican but after Bush, I just say conservative libertarian-ish. The Tea Party sums me up fairly well but I wouldn’t say I belong to any one political party at the moment. What do you think?
I have attached pictures of my family members (who served in the World Wars) to the email if you are interested. Feel free to post them on your blog if you would like.

I hope you recieved my email from the other addy, I forgot this is the one I use for wordpress. I reposted the rely with the explaination to the untrue one, which I pulled down. I am really sorry. I trusted this person who sent the post and didn’t investigate myself. I never dreamed they would have an agenda. If you look through my posts, you will see I am 100% pro-military. They claimed that this was an attempt to undermind ROTC in area colleges. Please accept my aplogies and go see the new post, it is 100% your comment, I added the link below. If you want to add anything, I’ll add it in…and thank you and your family for your service and the ultimate sacrifice. I can’t possibly understand the pain you and your family feel and I feel horrid adding to it. Again I am so sorry for this misunderstanding on my part and apoligize for the posting.
