Homosexual marriage renewed in New York? Not so much. Propaganda from progressives and special interest groups scew the numbers my manipulating the data.
ALBANY — Lady Gaga on stage on Long Island this weekend, actors Kevin Bacon, Julianne Moore and Kyra Sedgwick on video and Gov. Andrew Cuomo in Albany are headliners in New York’s growing push to legalize homosexual marriage, a fight bolstered by shifting voter sentiment and a concerted campaign. [They use celebs to scew the polling by asking people after attending these “functions” to scew their numbers, see the very next line]
New Yorkers opposed to homosexual marriage are being swamped by younger [indoctorinated] people who support it, while polls seem to show
a new tactic by advocates
is working in the suburbs and upstate, the more conservative regions where the issue will be won or lost. [one prime example is the John concert in Rochester…along with the names above. Curious is makes the Sunday paper, the only high circulation day…propaganda abounds]
Five states — New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Iowa and Massachusetts — and the District of Columbia have approved homosexual marriage laws. New York has been a goal of advocates because of its size, high profile and unparalleled media presence. [the special interest groups have spent hundreds of BILLIONS to push homosexual marriage in New York state in the last 2 years…this money, mostly taxpayer dollars, could and should have been used to lessen the crushing debt, not for special interest propagnada!]
The organized effort under Cuomo is a turnaround from the surprising 2009 defeat in the state Senate, which fell eight votes short of passage in the 62-seat chamber after strong approval in the Assembly.
But those votes were just a prologue to today, said Bruce Gyory, a political science professor at the University at Albany who analyzes voter trends. [propagandist]
Despite failing in 2009, the debate demonstrated some of the Legislature’s greatest displays of eloquence — personal stories of sons and daughters denied the rights of marriage.
“In my view, that wasn’t an isolated phenomenon,” Gyory said. “That debate has been replicated hundreds and thousands of times over the Internet, emails and coffee klatches and over glasses of wine in New York’s suburbs that has rapidly changed — at an accelerated pace [by groups hired by special interests to try to ‘prove’ by their paid for activity, that their is a change in th epopulous mind] — public opinion.”
National polls show support climbing at 2 to 4 percent a year, led by coastal states including New York, Gyory said. Even white [the black and hispanic catholic community have not been widely infiltrated by the socialist and communists…yet. The white church and social justice has destroyed the Catholic church in New York State. Many who have seen this happen have left the church, or have been driven away by the heads of the congregations.] Catholics — another major element of New York’s suburban and upstate vote— reported rising acceptance in Pew and Gallup polls.
In New York, the Siena College poll [was reprimanded and proven to be fraudulent is more than half of their polling and should never be used.] this month found a new high for support — 58 percent. An April 14
poll found opposition falling toward 30 percent.
Opponents are not so convinced the support is there.
“I know my constituency, particularly my base, is very much against it,” said Republican Sen. Thomas Libous, the deputy majority leader, who has represented his district of Broome, Chenango and Tioga counties for 23 years and is opposed to homosexual marriage. “At the end of the day, if a measure like this comes to the floor, it really is up to each individual member.” [He has this wrong, it is up to each member to vote as a Representaive of his constituancy]
