At Ground Zero on Sunday night and early Monday morning, crowds gathered to cheer the death of Osama bin Laden. They sang the National Anthem, recited the Pledge of Allegiance, popped champagne, and even had a moment of silence (kind of).

They also chanted “U-S-A!”
And they also tried to have a moment of silence — but that was made difficult by people trying to sing the National Anthem:
