Questions? Victim Resides in an HIV Community; Suspected Sexual Rape Target of IMF Director, Suicide Watch at Rikers.

Several reports of  new information has surfaced within the past 24 hours. The alleged victim of Strauss-Kahn, is a West African immigrant, lives in a dwelling exclusive to AIDS or HIV residents.  Rented by Harlem United Community AIDS, they cannot confirm if she has contracted the disease.  But they only rent to families with one adult, that has been diagnosed AIDS or HIV positive to meet the requirements. It is also reported she is a Muslim. Another question if  she is an immigrant, is she in the USA legally?

This sheds light into considerations which is worse the convictions or the possible exposure to HIV or AIDS.  Isn’t there a law that if you have HIV or AIDS you cannot expose someone to it?

But other reports suggests that he is being jailed in a separate unit at Rikers. Does DSK Have The Syph? Strauss-Kahn Housed In Facility For Inmates With Contagious Diseases. Or is this a defense ploy,  he does not have to be exposed to other inmates that are housed in general population?

This raises another question, does law enforcement conducts these tests prior to incarceration?

Then, is there a set up being inflicted because of political purposes?  Dominique Strauss-Kahn feared that one of his political opponents would pay a woman more than $1 million to say he raped her.

He has said to have reputation of a womanizer.
