Webb, Inhofe rebuke China; and ‘unprofessional conduct and speech’


You can never trust the PRCs, or it seems our own government to be honest and open with the US population…

WHERE’S THAT RESET BUTTON? While DOD has worked to improve military-to-military relations with China, Beijing’s aggressive behavior in the South China Sea hasn’t made it easy. The Chinese have engaged in confrontations with vessels from Vietnam and the Philippines recently in the area, drawing a Senate resolution of condemnation from Webb and Inhofe. The resolution notes that the recent incidents are part of a pattern of aggressive behavior that has also targeted U.S. Navy ships and aircraft over the past 10 years.

MEANWHILE, LEVIN AND MCCAIN have called a 10:30 a.m. news conference to detail China’s failure to cooperate in a SASC probe of counterfeit spare parts.
