I throw the BS flag! She knew exactly what she was doing and only started the video and moved back to her lawn AFTER she instigated a crowd and beligerantly attacked the police verbally. She is a violent, professional protester and has protested all over the US and at least one foreign country.

Rochester activist Emily Good says she had no idea she would set off a firestorm when she stood on her lawn videotaping a police traffic stop on May12.

Masic also alluded to comments that he said Good made to him before she started videotaping.

Police union President Michael Mazzeo said Friday that he thinks Good is biased against police, and she made police at the scene believe that she knew at least one of the men involved in the stop.

The video is drawing national media attention, and the situation appears to be boiling down to the right of people to videotape police actions versus the right of police to work without public interference.

Mazzeo said: “What I think is wrong is, we don’t have laws that allow our officers to do their jobs — that an individual has to answer to their demands and be responsible for it.”
Good has been previously arrested in civil disobedience cases but has no criminal record.
