YONATHAN MELAKU IS NOW AN EX-MARINE – The Marine Corps announced Tuesday that the former reserve lance corporal, who was charged last week with federal felony counts of shooting at military buildings in Virginia in October and November, has been separated from the service because of an unrelated grand larceny charge. Melaku did not contest the separation, the Marines said in a statement.
