ARMY MAJ. NIDAL MALIK HASAN will face a possible death penalty at his court-martial for the Nov. 5, 2009, shooting at Fort Hood, Texas, that killed 13 and wounded 30. The decision was made Wednesday by Lt. Gen. Donald M. Campbell, commander of the Army’s III Corps and Fort Hood. The next step is for a judge to be appointed and set a date for his arraignment.
