How about dumping the social propaganda experiment and return to actual teaching, teach them reading, math, science and english…

Randi Weingarten

Randi Weingarten, president of the American Federation of Teachers, spoke at the labor union’s annual conference in Washington, D.C. on July 11, 2011. Weingarten said that schools in the United States should learn from ‘top-performing’ schools in other countries, like Finland and Canada.

Why oh why does Weingarten want to emulate other countries??? Could it be to complete the indoctrination of the weakest among us, our children into unhealthy, sex-driven animals? Isn’t it great your child can go to school and watch pornography, thanks to the NEA and your Teachers Union???

“When the national TV network Sveriges Television (SVT) together with sexual educators RFSU showed a film called “Sex on the map” (Sex på kartan) in Swedish schools it met with strong reactions as a dark skinned boy was shown having sex with a lighter skinned girl, and because the film featured homo-, bi-, transsexual and queer issues.” http://www.thelocal.se/34880/20110712/

“Our agenda for reaching this goal will require that all students have access not only to great educators, but also to rich and meaningful curriculum, health and social services, and an array of supports and experiences in their local communities and beyond.”

Teachers Union Chief: U.S. Should Learn From Schools in Other Countries

(CNSNews.com)– The president of the American Federation of Teachers says American exceptionalism should not make the U.S. “exempt” from using education practices that work in other countries. American exceptionalismdoesn’t justify American exemption from what works elsewhere in the world. Why would we deny American children the best ideas the world has to offer?”

“The problem with all of these experiments is that our children are not lab rats,” Weingarten said. THEN STOP TREATING THEM LIKE THEY ARE!
