The original blast happened at 3:34, the bomber then drove 500 miles, crosses to the island, some 15 minute ride(how he got a car there I have no clue since they claim the one ferry servicing the island is small)rampaged for 2 hours to have it reported at 5:16…IT DOES NOT ADD UP!

One man tells CNN how he survived a gunman’s two-hour rampage on a Norwegian island because he pretended to be dead.

A man dressed in a police uniform opened fire today at Children at a youth camp on Utoya Island.

Five people have reportedly been shot at a youth meeting near Oslo, hours after a bomb rocked the Norwegian capital killing at least two people.

Armed police have been sent to Utoya island, 500 miles from Oslo, following reports that a man, dressed as a policeman, opened fire on the young people attending the camp run by the Labour Party.

A spokesman for Norway’s Labour Party says a gunman opened fire at the party’s youth camp outside Oslo, shooting several people following the bomb blast at the government headquarters in the capital.
The gunman according to witnesses said: “This is just the beginning”

BREAKING: Police presser confirms that 10 people have been killed on Utoya Island… “We can confirm that there are 10 killed at Utøya, and several injured. Search continues. The assailant is being interrogated, and we can confirm that he was dressed as a policeman. The assailant has never been part of the police force, and has no relation to us. We can’t say anything about nationality. As we said, we’re still searching for people on Utøya, and we can’t say anything about any youths in the water.”

UPDATE: All trains from Oslo Airport suspended due to ‘suspicious boxes’ onboard. There may be explosives on Utøya, writes Dagbladet.

BREAKING: The foreign minister has also confirmed that the man arrested following the shooting on the island is Caucasian.

CONFIRMED: The suspect apprehended is Norwegian.

Numerous reports that the suspect will only face 21 years in prison according to Norwegian law.

POLICE: ‘Arrested man is ethnical norwegian and 32 years old, Undetonated explosives found at Utøya.’ Number of dead will rise. ‘The man is willing to have a dialoge with the police.’

URGENT: Arrested man is a Norwegian citizen – but his ethnicity is NOT CONFIRMED.
