McCotter 2012 – America’s future begins with you

Fellow Cyber Citizens:The RedState headline says it all: “McCotter Shakes Up the Presidential Race.” When a candidate lays out a clear, consistent, conservative vision of leadership that is grounded in our founding principles, some might consider it “shaking it up,” but those of us who know Thaddeus McCotter know that it’s just plain commonsense.

We need more of that, along with someone who can rock Washington to its core. Washington has grown too large, too fast and veered too far left — plunging our economy and country to historic lows. Forbes magazine wrote that President Obama’s legacy may be “presiding over the withering of the American Dream,” citing research that more than half of all Americans no longer believe in the American Dream.

Let’s be clear: the American Dream isn’t dimming if we, the people, have our say. That is why Thaddeus McCotter is running for President; he knows we need leadership that understands that America’s exceptionalism is not our burden, but our birthright.
