Was this a test run or really an “accident”? Are Mexican soldiers so stupid they can not read and do not kkow the area they have been working in, for months?

DONNA, Texas (AP) — Almost three dozen uniformed Mexican soldiers in four military vehicles crossed the Rio Grande into South Texas near McAllen without authorization.
The incident happened Tuesday afternoon on the new Donna-Rio Bravo International Bridge over the Rio Grande, about 15 miles southeast of McAllen.
