If Glenn were a member of Congress…

So Congress and the White House reached an agreement on the debt ceiling, but Glenn was much less than impressed by the deal. After all, it only cuts $7 billion in spending – less than two days of borrowing – and puts off the burden of serious reform onto a special commission. What should Tea Party and conservative leaders be telling their constituents as Congress moves to pass this deal?
“So now if I was a House member or a Senate member, here’s what I would do today. And I hope there are House or Senate members that are listening,” Glenn told listeners. “Here’s what I would do. I’d get my ass on a plane and I would go back to my people.”
