“We don’t like the deal but it’s a done deal,” Minority Leader Pelosi said.

(CNSNews.com) – House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said that raising taxes must be considered by Congress in a “very strong way” going forward, adding that her caucus did not “like the deal” signed by President Barack Obama to cut federal spending and raise the nation’s debt limit.
“For the past few months, the American people – the people have wondered why are we talking about this debt rather than talking about jobs. We had the vote, we don’t like the deal but it’s a done deal. It’s time for us to completely focus on jobs,” Pelosi told reporters on Tuesday at the Capitol.
