PORTLAND, Ore. – Some states are looking at taxing your driving per mile. Oregon, for example, is investigating using GPS navigation to figure out how far state residents drive.

The state would tax drivers at $.85 cents-per-mile to start if it passes.

Texas and Minnesota are also reportedly looking at similar laws.
