ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS ARRESTED AT TAX-FUNDED CONSTRUCTION SITE
Yesterday several illegal immigrants were turned over to federal immigration authorities after their arrest at a Wegman’s construction site in Pennsylvania.

According to a press release from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the project received a significant amount of taxpayer funding to create 217 jobs, including a $731,650 funding offer, a $200,000 opportunity grants, $97,650 in job training assistance, and $434,000 in job creation tax credits. http://www.mcall.com/business/mc-allentown-wegmans-pottsville-jobs-20110817,0,2032961.story

OBAMA HALTS ALL DEPORTATION PROCEEDINGS

Illegal immigrants have once again taken priority over Americans as far as Obama’s re-election agenda is concerned. Bowing to pressure from immigrant rights activists, the Obama Administration announced yesterday that all deportation proceedings will be halted on a case-by-case basis against illegal immigrants who meet certain criteria such as attending school, having family in the military, or being a primary caregiver.

For months Obama has said he does not have the authority to halt deportations saying he must follow the laws as Congress has written them. We’re only guessing his latest abysmal approval rating of 39% changed his mind showing just how far he is willing to go to grant backdoor amnesty and forsake law and justice in order to win re-election in 2012.
