Jason Richardson pleads guilty to first-degree rape

Good son of allah, 36 with a 19 year old GF and having sex with a 12 year old…just like is allowed in islam…when are you going to wake up people?

Dan Gleason retired from the Rochester Police Department’s Major Crimes unit three years ago, but a case he first began investigating in 2002 brought him back to the County Courthouse Wednesday as a civilian.
“My last case,” said Gleason, who is now a licensed private investigator.

Gleason came to the courthouse to watch as Jason Richardson pleaded guilty to first-degree rape, accused of having sexual intercourse and impregnating a 12-year-old girl in 2002.
Richardson, 36, now faces nine years in prison and five years of parole when he is sentenced by County Court Judge James J. Piampiano at 9:30 a.m. Nov. 10.
The sentence was agreed upon by prosecutors and defense lawyer, David Murante.

Assistant District Attorney Jason MacBride said Richardson was living on Richard Street with his 19-year-old girlfriend and her 12-year-old sister in the summer of 2002 when the sexual abuse happened.
When police were alerted to the younger girl’s pregnancy by Child Protective Services officials, an investigation was started and Richardson and the two sisters fled to Florida, MacBride said.
In 2006, Richardson was arrested by police in Tampa, Fla. and charged with unrelated domestic and sexual abuse charges. He was convicted and spent four years in a Florida prison. During that time, using DNA evidence, Monroe County prosecutors were able to obtain an indictment charging him with first-degree rape.
When he was released in August, 2010, he was brought to Monroe County where he has been in jail since.

“He’s a savage — he abused these two girls, mentally, physically, in every way,” MacBride said. “Hopefully this will give them some peace of mind.”
MacBride said the victim, who is now 21, and her child are living in Florida.

Gleason said the resolution of this case is particularly satisfying.

“I get a lot of satisfaction because he had to stand up there and admit what he did,” he said. “This was my last case, and I don’t let my cases go.”
