TUCSON – A Sahuarita man has been arrested after an incident that closed a major part of downtown Tucson for most of the afternoon on Wednesday.
Tucson Police say the arrest of 50-year old David J. Mitchell is for a misdemeanor charge related to a court order violation, for what he had inside his truck.
