The younger brother of Vice President Joe Biden was hospitalized Saturday after opening a package that contained a suspicious white powder at his Boynton Beach, Fla., home.
Frank Biden, 57, told the The Palm Beach Post that upon opening a manila envelope, which was addressed to him and postmarked from India, his skin came into contact with the unknown substance.
