Bentley’s office on Sept. 29 and told one of his staff to “Tell the governor he has a bullet with his name on it.” If convicted, Morales could spend up to five years in jail. Her lawyers are arguing that she has medical problems and a nervous condition and shouldn’t be considered a threat.
MEXICAN TRUCKS TO BEGIN DELIVERING DEEP IN U.S.

Despite next week’s official start of deliveries, American trucking union leaders and two California congressman are doing their best to stop the cross-border trucking program. Tomorrow, U.S. Reps. Duncan Hunter and Bob Filner will take a bipartisan stand at the border to voice their concerns that the program will put safety and American jobs at risk.
