Leading Occupy Wall Street activist: Beck has “a better analysis than most people on the left about where this could go”

Is Beck right about the direction of the Occupy Wall Street protests? One editor and activist at a discussion debating the protests claims that Beck may have been right about the desire of people to drag people into the streets,
“Here is this group of radicals and revolutionaries that are ushering in a new republic. Now, listen to what this revolutionary is saying,” Glenn said.

In the clip, Malcolm Harris said, “Because that’s not the only thing people want. They also want to take the banker out of his [ BLEEP ] tower and string him up in the public square, right? That’s not ‑‑ that’s not like just the crazy left.”
“Remember what I was ridiculed for by Geraldo Rivera and everybody else recently,” Glenn said.
“So I’m a madman for saying that they’re going to drag people out of buildings and kill them in the streets,” he added.
Harris continued:

That’s not like just the crazy left. That’s everyday folks talking about their experiences. Like this is America, right? We want to talk about we’re the 99% as if we’re all of a sudden not the 99% that loves Transformers 4, right? As if this is the 99% that doesn’t also, like, feel passionate anger. All we want is our little appropriate piece of the pie and we just want to be friendly. And the capitalists know that’s not the case, right?
