OBAMA DEPORTATION NUMBERS A ‘TRICK’

Last week, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano announced that the Obama administration deported a record number of illegal immigrants in the past year. But Border Security Patriot Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas is not buying it. Rep Smith argues that the Obama administration is using smoke and mirrors and that without the illusion, the facts show that Obama and his open borders team are conjuring up the deportation statistics. For example, the Obama administration counts each deportation of repeat offenders as a new individual deported.

SUSPECTED ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS RESCUED FROM TEXAS HOME

Houston, TX, police rescued more than a dozen suspected illegal immigrants from a home and four apparent smugglers were arrested. The arrests come after neighbors filed complaints about suspicious activity at the home. As many as 14 individuals are now being held by immigration authorities until their families can pay for the release. During the raid, only one person was injured after a fall when trying to flee officers despite one suspected smuggler holding the immigrants at gunpoint when officers arrived at the home to investigate.
