HILLARY CLINTON: ‘NO EVIDENCE’ DOJ SOUGHT REQUIRED LICENSE TO SEND GUNS TO MEXICO IN ‘FAST AND FURIOUS’

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton testified in the House Foreign Relations Committee last week that there was “no record” that the Justice Department had given the State Department a “head up” about Operation Fast and Furious – the gun-running operation that allowed guns to freely flow from the U.S. into the hands of Mexican drug cartel leaders.

Clinton also testified that there’re was “no evidence” that the DOJ had applied to the State Department for a license or waiver to send guns to a foreign country, a requirement under the federal Arms Export.

DEMOCRAT INTRODUCES FLORIDA DREAM ACT

Florida State Representative Reggie Fullwood introduced HB 441 to extend in-state tuition rates to the children of illegal immigrants, a measure that would apply to those who have graduated from Florida high schools.

Currently, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Texas, California, Utah, New York, Washington, Illinois, Kansas, New Mexico, Nebraska, Maryland and Wisconsin all offer in-state tuition rates at public colleges and universities to illegal immigrants.
