Judge Elena Kagan won’t recuse

Even though emails have now surfaced that reveal Judge Elena Kagan is extremely biased when it comes to anything related to the Health Care Law, there’s no indication that she will recuse herself from any future rulings on the controversial law. In the email exchange she said ‘I hear they have the votes Larry!! Simply amazing’ clearly expressing her excited support for the bill.
“This country is out of control. No recusals on the Supreme Court,” Glenn said. “(Kagan) applauded the healthcare bill.”
“If you’re in California, you can’t even have ever walked by a church and hear a case about anything, anything regarding God.”
Stu pointed out that she even wrote an email with the subject line “Fingers and toes crossed today” on the day of the healthcare vote.

She had better recuse herself! She has a total conflict of interest! She should be impeached if she doesn’t recuse herself from hearing any part of the Obamacare lawsuit. She is totally involved in the success of Obamacare! Petition the other members of the Supreme Court to insist that Elena Kagan recuse herself from this case.
