PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Contact: Gerard Aprea
Cell: (518) 610-3399
Hearing – December 20th 2011 at 8:15AM. at the Albany County Courthouse, 4th floor, Rm. 429, 16 Eagle Street, Albany, NY.
New York Supreme Court, Albany;
Aprea and Vidurek v NYS Board of Election
Case No. 7215-11, Judge Joseph C. Teresi
For the past two election cycles (2010 & 2011) (and more) the good people of New York have been closed out of the election process. We have documented at least 27 cases whereas the Board of Elections has lied, deceived and even changed the titles of people running for the elected office of committeeman to the appointed positions of town committeeman.
President George Washington, in his farewell address, called the committeeman the “engine of freedom” and warned that in time unprincipled men would subvert the power of the people and seize for themselves the reins of government through private Associations that we know today as the Republican and Democratic parties. Few people know that it is the Committeeman that selects all the candidates for elective office. Few people know that it is the committeeman that can give the people honest constitutional candidates, or not!
The committeeman process has been successfully hidden from the people for many decades, few people are aware of their existence and the process by which they choose the candidates for the primary election. Few people know that the present state of affairs is that only select committeemen are in power and the common person who is not adhering to the will of the party are being shut out from participating in the process.
And thereby the Good people of New York are being disenfranchised by “not” being properly represented by constitutionally minded committeemen for the selection of candidates to be nominated at the primary election, and that it is for this reason the good People of New York State are receiving the lowest quality of candidates, that are ignorant to the constitution, to choose from at the primary election. And the constitutionally minded people who are running for the elected position of committeeman are being disenfranchised by being shut out of the elections and therefore the people suffer because the only people holding the committeeman positions are beholden to the party bosses and not the people.
