The West Point, NY resident is waiting for his ride in baggage claim at Charlotte-Douglas International. He says news that bags slipped by some of the airport’s TSA agents is unsettling.
Raphael says, “It makes it seem as though these guys aren’t being trained enough.”
TSA is seeking to remove 12 of its officers from Charlotte-Douglas for improperly screening bags.
Albany, NY resident Brittany Bennett says, “It’s weird that they’re checking me but they’re not gonna check my bag.”
