Former United States Senator Rick Santorum is surging in the polls after his mid-west sweep and has nearly doubled his numbers overnight. He followed that up with a rousing speech at CPAC where he didn’t hold anything back. Romney also spoke and tried to make the case for his conservatism as more people move towards Santorum.
