ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT’S BRUTAL AND DISGUSTING RAPE CASE REACHES GRAND JURY

A grand jury in Stark County, Ohio, will review the felony case of an illegal immigrant accused of raping a 2-year-old girl and repeatedly stabbing her father when he intervened. Juan Bautista, 25, a Guatemalan native, is facing charges of rape, gross sexual imposition and felonious assault and being held at the local jail on a $1 million bond.

The alleged assault and stabbing occurred at the victims’ residence. The father, 24, was asleep on a couch when we was awakened by his daughter’s screams. When the father ran to his daughter, Bautista allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him in the thigh, hand and ear.

Bautista apparently had been invited to home arriving while the girl’s father was sleeping. A second man who was visiting the house also witnessed the sexual assault. An Immigration and Customs Enforcement holder has been placed on Bautista, meaning he likely would face deportation if he were released from jail.
