(CNSNews.com) – After Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum said in Racine, Wisc., on Sunday that Mitt Romney “is the worst Republican in the country to put up against Barack Obama,” New York Times reporter Jeff Zeleny clipped off the words “to put up against Obama,” and told Santorum first that he had said Romney was the “worst Republican in the country,” and then insisted that Santorum had said Romney was the “worst Republican.”
