Rep McKeon, Howard P. “Buck” [CA-25] and Rep Smith, Adam [WA-9] have introduced H.R. 4310, a version of the FY 2013 NDAA that will act as a framework as HASC begins the markup process — which is typically wrapped up by summer and sent over to the Senate.
