That is ridiculous! Where I live (about 40,000 people) outside Dallas, there was a man who owned his own oil drilling business. He found oil here in Texas; had all the proper papers signed, etc. to begin pumping the oil out of the ground.
THEN, Obama got into office and put a screeching halt to drilling here. The man went bankrupt because he had already laid the groundwork to drill…then had to give up!
