**Bouhammer Note- This is from a very close friend of mine. He sent this to me and I asked if I could post it here. He wrote this in response to the NYS Assembly and the NYS Governor (who is trying to position himself for a 2016 Presidential run) who are trying to capitalize on and politicize the terrible incident of Sandy Hook Elementary school in order to push their anti-2nd Amendment agenda.

Ladies and Gents,
First of all, I have been a defender of this country, the constitution, and freedom for almost 19 years and 5 tours of duty. I am also a responder to the 9-11 attacks and a Soldier who stood a post on various state active duty missions after that terrible day, defending our citizens.
