| To all,
It has come to my attention that I should have deleted CAIR’s LINK TO ITS WEBSITE when I sent out my response to its taqiyya-laden appeal to say no to ALAC. I understand how it could have been confusing; I just wasn’t looking at it. I was focused on getting the counter-words out, not their link. I’m not sure I ever even saw it; I know I didn’t give it any thought.
My intention was to show you how far off the mark CAIR is with its interpretation of ALAC. Instead, I have inadvertently caused some of you undo worry by the fact that you clicked on CAIR’s LINK TO ITS WEBSITE and apparently not caught the fact that it was CAIR’s website and now CAIR has your email and you’re concerned this will cause you a great deal of misery.
CAIR doesn’t have that much power. And you are now happily privy to who they want to hurt and what their plans are to mess up normal Americans. You will be one step ahead of everyone else, re: information. Or, of course, you can just delete their emails, or you can ask to be unsubscribed. Sharia isn’t at work to the damage degree in America; email restrictions still work the same way as everyone else’s.
I believe CAIR is probably delighted that I screwed up and left their link in, if, in fact, they actually know it. Thinking they’ve got the last laugh. Turn the tables on them, and use the info they send out against them.

Action Alert: Contact Your Representative to Defend Religious Freedom7 Mar
The Texas Chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-TX) are calling on all people of conscience in Texas to urge key state committee leaders to oppose any “anti-foreign law” legislation, also known as “anti-Islam” legislation. No, it’s not. It’s known as anti-Sharia legislation, if they can’t call it what it is: anti-foreign law legislation.
To those of you who may not know what’s in the ALAC wording, it never mentions religion or creed. It simply states that if any foreign law would cancel out an American’s Constitutional right (such as freedom of speech) then that law may not be considered in a case at trial by any judge or jurist in an American court of law. This Act primarily affects family law, when women are trying to keep custody of their children or seeking a fair divorce. Sharia law is the only body of law that is consistently anti-humane and inherently unfair to women, among other vulnerable minorities. The Constitution protects everyone with equality under the law, certainly including American Muslims. CAIR and all other Muslim Brotherhood organizations (or liberal orgs like the ACLU or the ABA or the SPLC) that fight against ALAC and like bills are saying loud and clear: “We reject Constitutional protections as illegitimate in Allah’s eyes. We like our right to be superior male savages without consciences.”

In the 2013 Texas state legislative session, several “anti-Sharia,” “anti-foreign laws” or “American Laws for American Courts” bills have already been introduced. These bills seek to “prohibit a court of this state from enforcing, considering, or applying a religious or cultural law.” [Wording from HJR43.] That includes HB 750, sponsored by State Rep. Harvey Hilderbran; HJR 43, sponsored by State Rep. Dan Flynn; and SB 285, sponsored by State Sen. John Carona. Just to be clear, HJR stands for House Joint Resolution, which is simply an agreement among House members that something is a good idea, but has no force of law. HB750 and SB285 are exactly the same and are titled American Law for American Courts. So “several” bills is a gross overstatement.
In the last few years, we have witnessed a trend of state-level support for such legislation. While many public discussions about these bills seek to put a benign face on it, its purpose is to target religious practices of Muslims [no, it’s to target the anti-humane and anti-Constitutional portions of Sharia law, if we’re all being honest, which CAIR never is], similar to past misguided efforts to target Catholics, Jews and other faith minorities in the United States. [If anybody has any idea what those efforts were, please let me know. This is an unsubstantiated statement.]
Similar “anti-Shariah” and “anti-foreign laws” bills previously considered in Texas, included: HB 911 (Rep. Leo Berman), HB 999 (Rep. Leo Berman), HB 1240 (Rep. Bill Zedler), HB 3027 (Rep. Randy Weber), HJR 57 (Rep. Leo Berman), and HB 79 (Rep. Berman and Hilderbran). [With the exception of HB1240, I believe all these varying bills were rolled into one, HB911, in 2011. Again, making a big deal out of nothing.]
The Troubling Origin of the Legislation[would be Omar Ahmad, President of CAIR (Hamas doing business in the U.S.) in 1998, writing: “Islam isn’t in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Qur’an should be the highest authority in America and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth.” (For more information on where this came from, The Holy Land Foundation trial, see: http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/viewSubCategory.asp?id=1235)]
In the past two years, 78 anti-Islam [pro-constitutional rights! And yay! Good going!] bills or amendments have been introduced in state legislatures nationwide. Of these, 62 contained language that was extracted from Islamophobe [word invented by the Muslim Brotherhood front, Int’l Inst. of Islamic Thought: IIIT! So it’s back on you guys, CAIR] David Yerushalmi’s American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) model legislation .
Yerushalmi leads the hate group Society of Americans for National Existence (SANE), which once offered a policy proposal that would make “adherence to Islam” punishable by 20 years in prison, called for the immediate deportation of all non-citizen Muslims and urged Congress to declare war on the “Muslim Nation,” which SANE defined as “all Muslims.” My guess is this is a flat-out lie. The first time I met David (who is pretty formidable when in full “convince” mode), he was coming at me with a glint in his eye to stop me from trying to get Texas legislators to write a bill with the word “Sharia” in it, because it would ruin all his efforts at bringing in the “right” laws that were pro-Constitution, and anything with “Sharia” in it could be fought by imams as being part of the Islamic religion, and our judges wouldn’t have a clue they were being lied to. (As it turned out, the Oklahoma constitutional amendment proved how right he was on that.) So, “Yes, sir,” I said. This is not a man who’d write the junk spewed above.
The Legislation Wastes Valuable Legislative Time [Ah, how kind of you to consider the legislators time. Perhaps, CAIR, when you’re off frivolously suing American businesses for a faked-up “discrimination” charge du jour, you could consider the courts’ time, then, too.]
No religious code[well, if we were talking about a religious code, you’d probably be right, but we’re not, we’re talking about Sharia. Sharia cannot abide another form of law and does not recognize the U.S. Constitution as having any say so over, or in, Muslim lives] can replace U.S. law. Article VI, Clause 2 of the U.S. Constitution clearly states, “This Constitution … shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby. …” Additionally, the First Amendment prohibits Congress from making any law “respecting an establishment of religion.” [Yeah, pesky darn thing, isn’t it? Handy, though, when you need it to play the game of Hide the Law. Everywhere else in the world Islam is a deen, a total way of life with Sharia as its law, and only a bit of religion mixed into the batch. But HERE, well, by golly, suddenly lowly Sharia takes a back seat to the almighty religion, like maybe there actually was a division of church and state in Islam just like there is here. Total reversal of reality.]
America has an established tradition of allowing people of faith to make agreements and resolve disputes within the parameters of their religion, as long as any resulting contract complies with U.S. law. [Sharia does not; it is anti-Constitutional in its very basic precepts; therefore all this fighting against hemming Sharia in from the likes of CAIR guys.]
Catholic canon law and Jewish Halacha are the most frequently cited examples in the context of the debate surrounding Islamic practices. No national Muslim organization has called for the implementation of foreign law in the United States. [Of course it has; I just quoted CAIR, above. If you want another one, go to the link below it. The world is lousy with Down with America from Muslim Brothers’ mouths. You can’t make Islam the only religion on earth without tossing out the Constitution].
The American Bar Association Opposes Such Legislation
In 2011, the American Bar Association (ABA) passed a resolution opposing ALAC-type legislation noting that it is “duplicative of safeguards that are already enshrined in federal and state law,” and saying, “initiatives that target an entire religion or stigmatize an entire religious community, such as those explicitly aimed at ‘Sharia law,’ are inconsistent with some of the core principles and ideals of American jurisprudence.” The ABA also stated the following: “Language in these Bills and Amendments dealing with ‘international law’ or ‘foreign and customary law’ is likely to have an unanticipated and widespread negative impact on business, adversely affecting commercial dealings and economic development in the states in which such a law is passed and in U.S. foreign commerce generally.” [Emphasis added.]“Many of the Bills and Amendments would infringe federal constitutional rights, including the free exercise of religion and the freedom of contract, or would conflict with the Supremacy Clause and other clauses of the Constitution.” [All of that is hogwash. How many silver coins passed hands to get all that said? Has anyone actually read this bill? Seems not. It specifically removes reference to business and commerce and international law, because those are not Constitutionally protected rights.]
Clarifying “…Above the Law” Comment from 2013 Texas Muslim Capitol Day Session
6 Mar
In light of recent media scrutiny of statements made by Mustafaa Carroll, Executive Director of CAIR-TX, we are taking this opportunity to bring clarity. The statement in question was definitely taken out of context. Those who took it out of context seem to suggest that it means Muslims should not or do not have to follow the laws of the land. [No, it doesn’t. It says that clearly, no suggesting about it.]
Nothing is further from the truth. Mr. Carroll simply misspoke [ah, and we should all just let it slide, huh? In the spirit of fair play and all that? After all, no reason to think there’s ever any ill-intent with a terrorist group working in America, right?] and has never suggested nor advocated that Muslims or anyone else should not follow the laws of this Country. Mr. Carroll has never suggested nor advocated that Muslims or anyone else should not follow the laws of this Country. Thankfully, we had videographers film the entire program and event.
To clarify what Shariah is and as a prelude to his statement Mr. Carroll said “following the laws of the land is also part of Shariah” that preceded the comment that “if you are a practicing Muslim you should be above the law.” This means that if the law says don’t drink and drive, if you are a practicing Muslim you don’t even drink. All this means is that Muslims are law-abiding where ever they are. Those who wrote the original article even quoted him saying that “Shariah means following the law of the land” and they expressed concerned about the statement in a previous article on their site.
This clip and documentation clearly shows that Carroll meant that American Muslims do not have a conflict or problem with fulfilling any of our civic duties and that if they truly follow our faith they should be a community that is held as an ideal citizenry because their lives are led in such a way that they are far from breaking any of our Nation’s laws. This is evidenced in a PEW report wherein Muslims commit less than a percent of all crimes in America. This is why Carroll followed the comment mentioning that he told a foreign judge (from Pakistan) that “American Muslims do not have religious problems with US law but it is other people who are manufacturing a hostile climate for American Muslims through the anti-Sharia legislation efforts being organized in several states across the US.” Awwwwwwh. Get me a handkerchief, quick. Poor little victims.
Okay, some reality. There’s a Muslim Brotherhood organization in the states called the American Muslim Jurist Association, AMJA, the stated purpose of which is to “clarify the rulings of the Sharia which are relevant for those who live in America.” Here are just a couple quick rulings (and no, these are not exact quotes but cumulative collectives): “Can Muslims be American citizens?” Response: Only as long as there’s no intention to follow American laws. And: “A Muslim cannot hold citizenship in a non-Muslim country without becoming an apostate. Muslims are members of the ummah, not citizens of any one country and cannot owe loyalty to any but Allah or follow any laws but the Sharia.”
Now, it’s possible that the people in the audience didn’t know all that, and maybe a lot of ’em don’t even know what’s in Sharia law, but for darn sure Mustafaa Carroll did and does, and I’d bet he could even give you the Qur’anic provenance of those rulings. He had a slip of the tongue and told us all a truth; we should listen to it.
Representative Walle introduces Imam Islam Mossaad, leader of the North Austin Muslim Community Center, who delivered the invocation before the Texas House of Representatives, January 31, 2013.
Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem In the Name of God [Allah; they are not interchangeable], the Infinitely Good All Merciful
Al-Fatihah (Opening Chapter of the Holy Quran)And here we can stop. All the rest of the prayer is just twaddle.
Al-Fatihah: “The Opening.” The central prayer of faith. Opening chapter in Qur’an and said at the beginning of every prayer session. Praise of Allah and Muhammad, plus this disclaimer as to who Allah is talking about in the Qur’an:
“Show us to the straight path [Islam],
The Way of those on whom You [Allah]
have bestowed Your Grace [the Believers/Muslims],
not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger [the Jews],
nor of those who went astray [the Christians or apostates].”
Straightforward statement of/call for hate forever. Brainwashing. Mind control. What, after all, would you believe if you repeated something five times a day, every day, your entire life? Chances are it’s not going to be something opposite of that.
The imam opened the prayer with condemnation on everybody in the House but the Muslims. And who knew it? Those of us knowledgeable enough to get such laws as ALAC passed, because we know how two-faced the Muslim Brotherhood leaders are – and they are the ones leading the push to destroy our country. Stop the MB, stop Sharia creep.
Creator of Adam, Rescuer of Noah, One God of Abraham, Oh Most Holy who spoke to Moses from the burning bush, Oh Most Compassionate who blew into Mary mother of Jesus from Your blessed spirit and Oh Infinitely Wise who Chose Mohammed as Your Last Messenger to be a herald of Mercy to all of the nations and worlds, may your Peace and Blessings be Upon them and upon all your Messengers whether they be known or anonymous.
Praise is for you that befits the Majesty of Your Face and Vastness of Your Kingdom
