How the Obama Administration Justifies Not Reading Boston Bomber His Miranda Rights.

And being a US Citizen, the case will be thrown out of court…leave it to Obama to get one of his moslum brothers off on a technicality.

    He knew that.
    Remember when he first got into office and something happened and Obama announced, “Gosh, I hope they read them their Miranda.”
    He knew then, it wasn’t necessary. Wait a minute…that was the Times Square Bomber that was caught. That’s when he said, (paraphrase): I hope they read him Miranda.
    He has a reason he said this now…..and it won’t be the real one.

      the Times Square bomber wasn’t a citizen…the kid is, naturalized on 9/11/12…

        It doesn’t matter if they are a citizen or not. IF there is an act against the “public safety”, they do NOT have to read the Miranda.
