With high food prices, fuel prices always rising, and housing and car prices soaring the average lower class family is living week to week to just put food on their table. Government programs such as Welfare, WIC, Section 8 for housing are drained beyond belief. Even the old reliable food banks such as the United Way and the Salvation Army cannot help those in need like they used to. Lets face it, things are only getting worse.
