Gov. Bobby Jindal releases his birth certificate – Not eligible for Presidency


Not so, this is untrue, in Vattel’s Law of Nation, the Notes from Madison and others specifically state “a child born of 2 citizen parents”. If you want to change this you MUST ratify the Constitution. There is only one spot where “NATURAL BORN CITIZEN” is used and that is for President and Vice-President, all other mentions are ‘citizens’. Vattel’s Law of Nations: Book I, Chapter 19, section 212. No law passed by congress can undue or surpass the Constitution.

And also, Ted Cruz is ineligible for the same reason, he is not born of 2 citizen parents…
