He is staying something that normal everyday citizens have been saying for a long time!
They handed out $ in various ways like it was candy!
I had one of those “baby makers” living across the street from me. She had two kids with two different dads but never married. GET THIS! She “said” she wanted to go to college, so dummy me drove all the way up to the local Community College and brought her home a Catalog of classes.
Then she made the excuse that she had no way to get to school (we don’t have public transportation here so I reminded her that they have classes on the educational channel. She’d only have to find a way to the physical school two times….both times for tests.

GET THIS! She didn’t want too. I took her excuses away from her. She was making too much $ and didn’t want to bother!
