9th Circuit Upholds Freedom of Speech. Imagine that.

“The 9th Circuit in California has ruled that bloggers and the public have the same First Amendment protections as journalists.” (So, I’m safe now to start that blog! And yes, yes, I’m going to pdq, I think.)

Can you imagine that being a headline in the USofA? It is. Bottom line, it’s freedom of speech. Bloggers and “the public” have opinions and they talk about them.
