Yesterday, House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and 27 Republicans rolled over and gave up on the battle against Big Government.

Boehner and the GANG OF 28 voted WITH Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama and against 199 Republicans in passing a debt ceiling increase with no strings attached!

• Boehner’s GANG OF 28 made no effort to attach reasonable spending cuts to the debt-ceiling increase.

• Boehner’s GANG OF 28 didn’t demand a concession on the Keystone XL pipeline or any other pressing issue.

• Boehner’s gang voted in opposition to their own party (nearly nine in ten Republicans voted against the debt-ceiling increase).

Is Nancy Pelosi Running The House?

If grassroots Americans stay silent, Boehner and the GANG OF 28 will never pay the price for their capitulation to Pelosi and Obama. Boehner is essentially letting Nancy Pelosi run the House in his place! And with this vote, this GANG OF 28 have GIVEN UP THE FIGHT on government spending.

They didn’t even try to get any concessions from the Big Spenders!

They just rolled over!
