Rochester, NY: Gas prices on the rise

Rochester, N.Y. – It must be an early sign of spring: Gasoline prices are rising again.

In Rochester, the average price of gas is $3.73 a gallon.

In New York State, it’s $3.76, and nationally, the price is $3.47.
