Updated: Monday, March 10 2014, 03:34 PM EDT Brockport, N.Y. – A picture of a dog being held upside-down by its hind legs with its mouth forced into a keg was posted on Twitter, according to Brockport Police. Investigators say Robert Yates, 20, of West Seneca and Shane P. Oliver, 20, of Bergen were arrested and charged with torturing and injuring animals. According to police, the incident happened on March 8 in a house on Monroe Avenue in the Village of Brockport. Police say Yates took the photo of Oliver holding the dog and then tweeted it. Investigators say the dog’s owner was not there at the time of the incident and is not believed to have been involved. The dog, named Mya, was taken into protective custody and is in good condition. Police say Mya is a four to five-month-old lab mix. Yates is scheduled for a court appearance on April 2. The College at Brockport has released the below statement: We were alarmed to learn of this disturbing photo. I did my internship at at famous psychiatric hospital in Dallas….Timber Lawn. Elizabeth Taylor, Carol Lombard and others stayed there for a while.

People that start out torturing dogs, setting them on fire usually end up as Serial Killers.
By Law, we were not to expose them or the hospitals could lose their license.
What is really disturbing….the first one I met….I knew when I sat down with him exactly what he was. It was on the TV Stations, and radio about him, and we could say nothing. THEY KNOW to hide within the system of psychiatric hospitals. They will go from one to another until “the heat is off.”

What really disturbed me about it as an intern? When I sat down to talk to him for the first time?
Anyone…even a mechanic, a waitress…ANYONE could see EVIL in his eyes. You’ve heard the phrase, “Looking into the eyes of a shark.” This patient exampled exactly what that phrase meant.
They need to watch this guy. They start out like this, move on to children, then adults.

So very true…a young man here, 15/16, killed his sister brother and father, and maimed his mother for life by trying to burn down the house because his father yelled at him…dead eyes…

It is as if there is an evil soul born into that body.
NOT all of these people were harmed as children…some were…but not all.
A really good example?
James Robinson, the TV Evangelist and Charles Manson had the very same family background.
Robinson grew up to be a famous minister; and you know what Manson did.
You will know one IF you are ever close enough to look into their eyes. The hair on your body will stand straight up and/or you’ll feel sick at your stomach.
