(Daily Caller) – Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Wednesday fiercely defended the administration’s decision to extend the deadline to enroll in a health insurance plan.
The deadline to enroll is next Monday, March 31, but people who tried to enroll but were unable to do so will now have until mid-April to request an extension, the Washington Post first reported. The extensions will be given based on an “honor system” — there will be no efforts to make sure the person actually did try to sign up before the deadline.
Speaker of the House John Boehner blasted the extension at a press conference Wednesday, The Hill reported

It is the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution I stand for…but sadly it is disappearing, being replaced by a system that would see it as only a ghost of yesteryear. As I write today, I fear a Government bent on takeing away my rights to Free Speech and to Liberty. Already, the Powers at work are aggressively working to steal that away from us. I ponder what might be, when that day comes when it is said, You are completely ours now, you are our slave, nothing more. Already my mind groans with the weight of the oppression being blanketed over America, silencing those whom would stand for what our Forefathers died for. This is my country, and I pledge Allegiance to our Declaration of Independence and our Flag, for it is what Inspires me.

Thats how I felt when I read the news clip about this. This man has no buisiness in Congress. He is not only an Elitest Pr*ck but very misinformed….not the poor and minorities. I for one am voting him out and others like him!
