The numbers of Americans on Medicaid in 2013, more than 72,200,000, numbered more than all the residents of the UK, 63,742,977 according to the CIA. Our Medicaid is equal to the 20th most populated country on earth. Three million new enrollees, at least, were added to Medicaid rolls before the end of February, than before the beginning of ObamaCare enrollments. Medicaid also covers about $2 billion annually for illegal emergency care treatment, and it isn’t clear that those illegal patients are counted among the 72.2 million.
“The estimated number of individuals ever covered by Medicaid remained steady at 72.7 million in FY 2013, compared to 72.2 million in FY 2012,” said MACPAC’s statistical report, released on April 1.
The 72.7 Americans on Medicaid in fiscal 2013 also exceeded the populations of Thailand (67,741,401), France (66,259,012) and Italy (61,680,122), according to the population numbers published in the CIA’s World Factbook. Read more at CNS.

Years and years ago, I didn’t know what Medicaid was; and I was signing up. ,The Social Worker told me I couldn’t get it because it was only for children.
UNLESS, Texas changed, they were giving it to adults. I haven’t checked lately though.
