OK, so we’ve got a warrantless arrest on a supposed violation of an ordinance. Please note that a complaint had NOT been filed, so this is CLEARLY a False Arrest! An illegal seizure of property that is a CLEAR violation of due process and 4th Amendment rights. Failure to provide clear identity as a law enforcement officer. Can you say ‘criminal thug’?
