UK VICTORY for FREE SPEECH: Tim Burton of Liberty GB acquitted on all charges of “racially aggravated harassment” against a Muslim con artist
Liberty GB radio host, Tim Burton, was charged by West Midlands Police with racially aggravated harassment, after his post on Twitter described a notorious Muslim propagandist as “a mendacious grievance-mongering taqiyya-artist.”
Despite the absurdity of the charge (Islam is not a race) against Tim Burton, this decent, patriotic Englishman faced a possible prison sentence just for criticizing a notorious Muslim who not only had deceived the British public for many years, he had been the recipient of hundreds of thousands of pounds of generous government funding, until he was outed as a fraud last year.

On Tuesday afternoon (the 8th of April) in a magistrate’s courtroom in the English city of Birmingham, an unusual, yet welcome victory for British liberty was delivered. Tim Burton, a radio host for the small British political party LibertyGB had been arrested by West Midlands Police following a complaint by Fiyaz Mughal, previous adviser to Nick Clegg the Deputy Prime Minister and thereafter the founder of the Islamic advocacy organisation, ‘Tell Mama’.Mr Burton was charged with “racially aggravated harassment” after suggesting that Mr Mughal was “a mendacious grievance-mongering taqiyya-artist” on Twitter. |
